How is your beef raised?
Our cattle are raised naturally on open pastures. They are grass-fed and grain-finished, to ensure rich flavor and tenderness.
Who processes your beef?
All of our beef is professionally processed at either Clark's Custom Meats in Saint Joseph, Missouri or Paradise Meat Locker in Trimble, Missouri. These are trusted local facilities that ensures our beef is handled safely, inspected, and packaged to the highest standards.
How is the beef packaged?
All beef is vacuum-sealed and labeled for easy storage. This helps maintain freshness and extends freezer life.
Do you sell whole, half, or quarter cows?
We don’t routinely market whole, half, or quarter cows, but we can accommodate special requests. If you’re interested, please contact us directly, and we’ll work with you to meet your needs.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently, we offer free delivery within a 30-mile radius of our ranch and fulfillment locations on orders greater than $75. If you’re outside this area or have an order less than $75, shipping rates start at $7.50 Alternatively, you can arrange a scheduled pickup at the ranch. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future.
When will I get my order?
If you’re within our 30-mile delivery radius, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 days of confirmation. If you’re picking up at the ranch, your order will be ready at the scheduled time you arrange with us. We’ll always communicate directly with you to ensure you know when to expect your beef.
Do you offer custom processing?
Absolutely. If you have specific requests for cuts, portion sizes, or packaging, we can accommodate custom orders.
